How to convert Android video to GIF
Open this page in Chrome on your Android phone, tap Choose a video, pick the clip from your gallery or files, trim up to 15 seconds and tap Create GIF. Most Android phones record H.264 MP4, which opens in every browser. If you turned on HEVC or “high-efficiency video” in the camera, the file only opens where HEVC decoding is supported.
